Operations Executive
Lauren has over 5 years of Operations experience, ranging from hotels and travel to retail and manufacturing, as well as a degree in Business Management. She understands what it takes to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day procedures and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Lauren prides herself on her emotional intelligence, creating proactive solutions and maximising morale within her team. She will be working alongside our Director of Operations, Sam, covering her maternity leave and beyond.
Lauren has two daughters and a husband who plays football full time, all of which keep her busy outside of work. Her childhood passion is horses and is keen to get back on board! Lauren loves jigsaw puzzles, word games and makes a mean roast dinner. She is also building her own online shop, offering carefully curated pieces for mum and baby.
