This month saw notable activity across the funding spectrum (from Seed to Series E) as well as a wave of mergers and acquisitions aimed at consolidating capabilities across AI, network security, and threat detection.   • 8Layers raise €1.5M ($1.7M) in Seed Funding | Founded in 2024, 8Layers is an artificial intelligence platform that offers cloud identity threat detection to organizations. The round was led by JME Ventures.
  • Dedge Security raises €4M in Seed Funding | Founded in 2023, Dedge is the first ASPM platform for Web3, delivering continuous security & automated protection for smart contracts & decentralized apps. This round was led by Tritemius.
  • Bonfy.AI raise $9.5M in Seed Funding | Founded in 2024, Bonfy.AI is a software company that allows users to secure from cybersecurity threats, privacy violations, and regulatory compliance issues. The round was led by TLV Partners.
  • Quantix EdgeS raise €19.6M in Seed Funding | Founded in 2024, Quantix EdgeS is the design and customization center for high-performance cybersecurity chips. The round was led by SETT.

  • Impart Security raises $12M in Series A Funding | Founded in 2021, Impart redefines API security w/ a new approach that integrates development time insights, next gen runtime protection, & AI. This round was led by Madrona.
  • Infisical raises $16M in Series A Funding | Founded in 2022, Infisical is an open-source platform focused on the secure management of app secrets, certificates, SSH keys, & configurations. This round was led by Elad Gil.
  • Maze raise $25M in Series A Funding | Founded in 2024, Maze are a platform that uses AI agents to investigate and resolve cloud security vulnerabilities. The round was led by Theory Ventures.
  • Trustifi raises $25M in Series A Funding | Founded in 2017, Trustifi provides a SaaS solution that protects businesses from email vulnerabilities & compliance risks. This round was led by Camber Partners.
  • MIND raises $30M in Series A Funding | Founded in 2023, MIND offers an AI-driven data security platform to automate data loss prevention & insider risk management programs. This round was led by Paladin Capital Group & Crosspoint Capital Partners.

  • Zero Networks raise $55M in Series C Funding | Founded in 2019, Zero Networks automates the development and enforcement of network access rules throughout an entire network.
