Risk Ledger was founded in 2018 by Haydn Brooks and Daniel Saul, with a mission to shift the way
organisations approach cyber security and information management in the supply chain.
They are making an impact by changing the way that organisations identify, measure and mitigate security risks for themselves, their clients and their suppliers. In doing so, they plan to reduce the number of global data breaches experienced by companies and consumers as a result of supply chain attacks.

Recruitment challenge

Risk Ledger are an innovator in the industry and new to the market, making them relatively unknown the vendor market.
Therefore, we had to carefully understand their solution and value proposition to best sell the opportunity to passive and active candidates.

Working directly with their Sales Director, we understood the resource roadmap for hires in their sales organisation, enabling Intaso to shortlist and match appropriate candidates to meet the business’ growth plans.

The process

Intaso’s Cyber Security Sales Practice embedded themselves as an extension to our client’s HR team, partnering collaboratively with them and the hiring community to understand individual requirements.
Intaso focused their e􀃩orts on critical hires in Sales and Customer Success. We pro-actively discussed the opportunities and personal growth potential within our client, seeking referrals from our specialist network, and building a market map of appropriate candidates, all whilst in constant communication with Risk Ledger, keeping them informed of the process and managing expectations.

The outcome

Time to hire was essential; our client has aggressive growth plans over the next 12 months. Intaso presented shortlists for all positions, consisting of 3 – 4 candidates, including our own 􀃪rst-stage interview notes, pre-screened questions requested by Risk Ledger and background checks. This allowed our client to be well informed on the candidates and take reassurance all candidates were of high calibre. Over the last 12 months Intaso have made several successful placements into the business, with more to come as we continue to grow the partnership.
